On Oct. 23, Doosan announced that it participated in the “China Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Expo 2020 (CHFE 2020),” held in Foshan, China, from Oct. 19 to Oct. 22.
Doosan Mobility Innovation (DMI), Doosan Fuel Cell and Doosan Fuel Cell Power introduced the Doosan brand to the Chinese market by participating in CHFE 2020, where they displayed their hydrogen products and services, including hydrogen fuel cell power packs, hydrogen fuel cell-powered drones and hydrogen fuel cells for households/buildings/power generation.
DMI showcased its hydrogen fuel cell power pack for drones, which enables them to fly for more than 2 hours, the hydrogen fuel cell-powered drone (model name: DS30) and the all-in-one hydrogen fuel cell drone (DT30), which was launched targeting the Chinese market.
Doosan Fuel Cell introduced its 440kW Phosphoric Acid Fuel Cell (PAFC) product model for power generation and showed a video clip on the safety of hydrogen fuel cells and the Daesan Fuel Cell Power Plant, which is the world’s first and largest fuel cell by-product hydrogen power plant.
Meanwhile, Doosan Fuel Cell Power displayed its Polymer Electrolyte Membrane Fuel Cells (PEMFC), including its 10kW hydrogen fuel cell for buildings, 1kW hydrogen fuel cell for households and 100kW hydrogen system.
An official from Doosan said, “It was an opportunity for us to increase the awareness of the Doosan brand and our capabilities in the hydrogen business in China, where hydrogen, a green energy source, has been gaining more and more attention.”
About 300 companies participated in CHFE 2020, which celebrated its fourth year this year, and over 10,000 people visited the event.
