Doosan Group delivered 1 billion won (or about US$920,000) to the Babo Nanum Foundation (Chairman Son Hee-Song) at Myeong-Dong Cathedral, Seoul, on Feb. 9. Babo Nanum is a foundation for helping the needy in the spirit of the late Cardinal Stephen Kim Soo-hwan, who died in 2010. The foundation carries out a variety of charity activities including a free meal service and the inheritance donation campaign. Since 2012, Doosan Group has donated 1 billion won annually to Babo Nanum to support its mission of helping the disadvantaged.
