Doosan Group (Chairman Park Jeong-won) announced on December 11 that it donated 3 billion won ($2.5 million) for the “Hope 2020 Sharing Campaign” run by the Community Chest of Korea.

Those attending the donation ceremony held at the Community Chest of Korea Center in Jung-gu, Seoul, included Doosan Vice President Park Wan-seok and Administrator Kim Yeon-sun of the Community Chest of Korea.

“We are very pleased to join an important campaign that delivers sharing by warmhearted people to every corner of society. Doosan intends to continue contributing to social advancement by fulfilling its social responsibility,” a Doosan official said.

Doosan Group has been donating to the “Hope Sharing Campaign” run by the Community Chest of Korea since 2005.
