For the children lacking in various experiences and educational activities due to disadvantages such as poverty, Doosan developed a leadership improvement program that can provide leadership education and related experience, and supports the staff members’ regular service activities.
To solve the many problems that each local community faces, Doosan staffs donate a portion of their salaries, and Doosan operates the Matching Grant System to encourage employees to participate. The raised funds are used for vocational training for young single mothers, supporting group home youth's self-independence and various cultural experiences for children of low income families.

As a sign of gratitude for the service of members of the military, Doosan has hosted ‘Tea of Love’ campaign since 1991. Each of Doosan’s affiliates including Doosan Coporation, Doosan Heavy Industries & Constructions, Doosan Infracore and Doosan Engine, has engaged in the supportive activities such as donating comfort goods such as tea and coffee; supporting in buidling libraries within military bases; and providing books, PDP TV and heating devices in sisterhood relationship.
