Doosan has continuously changed itself since its establishment 116 years ago when Korea was at the threshold of modernization. In particular, the transformation Doosan has achieved in the past 15 years has been truly extraordinary, moving from a consumer goods company to an ISB-focused enterprise; from serving domestic customers to meeting the needs of global markets; and from a ‘Korean company’ into a multi-national corporation operating in more than 30 countries with some 39,000 employees.

Doosan continues its drive to become the world’s leading corporation through vigorous reorganization of business portfolio and acquisition of core technology. Our strive for excellence in the global market continues to push us to increase efforts for product excellence and technological competitiveness to become the leader in ISB industry.

Current economic environment is more dynamic than any other time in history. However, Doosan’s solid business portfolio and stable financial structure proves to be a firm ground for stable management even in times of uncertainties.
