    Won the "Korean Quality Award" / Won the achievement award for exporting $100 million of machine tools in one year
  • 1997
    Developed 26 New Series CNC lathe electronic models at the same time / Won the "Outstanding Capital Goods Iron Tower Order of Industrial Medal Award"

    CNC lathe selected as a “World-class Product” (Ministry of Commerce Industry and Energy) Selected High Speed Machining Center “Top 10 New Technologies in Korea in (Ministry of Commerce Industry and Energy)

    Ministry of Commerce Industry and Energy Korean Agency for Technology and Standards Selected as an outstanding company for exports in the large corporations division ($650 million) Established Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. in Yantai, China
  • 2003
    Certified Vision-640i Korean New Technology (NT) (Ministry of Commerce Industry and Energy Korean Agency for Technology and Standards) Established Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. in Yantai, China Won the $700 million Tower of Export Award
  • 2004
    Combined Turning Center selected as one of the top 10 new technologies in Korea in 2003 / Won the $1 billion "Tower of Export Award"
  • 2005
    Changed to Doosan Infracore Inc. (April) / Won the Korean Society for Precision Engineering “Technology Innovation Award”
  • 2007
    Doosan Mecatec Inc. Combined Machine Tools Division reached yearly revenue of 1 trillion won.

    Established the largest research and development center in Korea
