 Doosan DST exported hundreds of K200, the Korean infantry fighting vehicle, to Malaysia between 1993 an 1995. The vehicles performed successfully its duty of troop transport for Malaysian PKO units in Bosnia and returned back to Malaysia in 1998.
The company showed its commitment to integrated logistics support by successfully performing its close After-Sales service activities in the battle fields of Bosnia to ensure the pre-and post-management of the exported equipment.
Furthermore, Doosan DST participated in a performance improvement program for the exported K200 armored vehicles which was carried out in Malaysia’s maintenance depot from 2001. Also, the company is actively pursuing armored vehicle performance improvement projects of those manufactured in 1960~1970 in Southeast Asia and Middle East. |
